Lawyers Deck uses only strictly necessary cookies and local storage. We set no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, so no consent banner is shown.

2. Why no banner

Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), cookies that are strictly necessary to provide a service you have asked for do not require consent. Everything above falls into that category. If we introduce analytics or any optional cookies we will add a consent control and update this notice first.

3. Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, but blocking the session cookie will sign you out and you will not be able to use the app while signed out. Stripe cookies are set only on the hosted checkout and billing-portal pages at stripe.com.
